Snake knows it's been snowing out there, so it isn't surprising to find that Raiden is damp. He should probably get him into a fresh set of clothes so that he doesn't end up with a cold on top of all of his other problems, but it turns out that even getting the kid to the couch is a struggle.

It's hard to say how Raiden is able to escape from Snake's grip when he's as drunk as he is, but there's certain feats that people trained like them are capable of even when completely inebriated.

The kid starts flicking the light on and off for some unknown reason, and Snake watches for a few seconds before he shakes his head to himself and goes to grab Raiden again.

"Believe me, the best thing you can do right now is sleep this off. We can talk in the morning. Come on." He yanks Raiden away from the light switch and makes yet another attempt to drag him to the couch. If Raiden ends up resisting too much, he'll just pick him up. With someone this drunk, all you can do is be insistent.

It's for his own good.
