[Eames is back later than usual today, work stuff etc. So he's less quiet about coming home, not exactly worried about waking Arthur up. He comes in and calls after him while he gets rid of his shoes and hangs up his jacket, wandering into the living room to find out where his boyfriend's at.]

[He shimmies under Arthur a little so he can push himself upright and rest his hands on Arthur's hips, tilting his head to bare that strip of skin for Arthur with a smile.]

[Arthur brings his hand up to Eames' neck, dragging his fingertips across his skin to feel out the pulse. His voice is heavy with anticipation again.]

[Eames sighs softly at his touch, eyes fluttering shut.]

[The trust is implicit in his tone, absolute at this point. Not that Arthur would never take too much necessarily — what counts as 'too much' isn't always the same after all — but that he'd always try not to. That he prioritises Eames' safety above his desires.]

[It's like a trust fall every time they do this, and Eames licks his lips in anticipation of that imminent drop.]

[As always, Arthur presses his lips to Eames' neck, looking for a place where the pulse is strong enough but clear of anything a little more important. He's always a little more liberal with it now with Eames than he ever has been with anyone else, pressing a kiss to his skin before bares is teeth and slowly sinks in with his teeth.]

[The blood is amazing as always. Arthur feels almost immediately energized and hungry for more at the same time. He slips his hands down Eames' sides and hums happily.]

[He lets out a sharp hiss at first, hands involuntarily clenching at Arthur's hips at the pain, but he's well practiced at this by now. Eames takes a deep breath and it doesn't take long to relax himself, focusing on Arthur's lips on his neck and the sensation of his blood draining into Arthur's mouth.]

[It'd be a huge lie if he ever tried to claim this didn't turn him on, and he lets out a soft moan despite himself, but mostly he's interested in slipping his arms around Arthur and holding him close while he drinks.]

[Arthur groans in response, pulling his teeth out of the bite after a moment and just sucking on the rest of the blood. He did his best not to bite too deep so Eames won't get tired out afterwards and when he finally pulls away it's with the hesitation that he always has when he's stopping himself.]

[He's a little surprised by Arthur stopping-- he said he only wanted a little, but Eames took it as similar to when Eames says he's only going to have one drink.]

[He's not complaining, but he does furrow his brow a little, looking up at Arthur with a questioning expression.]

[Arthur lets out a satisfied sound as he sits up, licking his lips again. He wishes he could kiss Eames now, but he knows the taste of one's own blood isn't very appealing.]

[When he sees the look on Eames' face he just smiles.]

[He leans back a little bit and continues trying to lick the blood off of his teeth.]

[Eames laughs and leans forward to kiss Arthur's neck, his hand slipping between them for a light fondle.]

[Arthur laughs, tilting his head to the side to give Eames space.]

[He doesn't move his hand, but he's only touching Arthur lightly for now. Not really enough to get anything going just yet.]

[Arthur drags his fingers lightly over the bite marks, bringing any stray blood there up to his lips.]
