[It's been a long time since Natasha and Eames have run into each other. Twenty five years? Maybe thirty. Long enough to feel like a long time, even for her, and while she's still on the young side by the standards of their kind, she's hardly an infant.

She remembers him, though. He wasn't so easy to forget, with his flirty, easy manner and his baffling warm skin.

Natasha was wilder back then, but she can still look on the time fondly. Fondly enough that she doesn't hesitate to approach him when they run into each other at a party in Berlin.]

Hey. That's a familiar face.

[Her hello is mellow, not expecting him to remember her.]

[Eames has always been good with names and faces, a talent that thankfully hasn't been hampered by several centuries of memories, and someone like Natasha isn't so easily forgotten. Though, he suspects, she does try to be forgettable sometimes.]

[He smiles back, easily recalling the taste of blood on her skin and the smell of it on her breath when he sees her face. He wonders what she's like these days.]

Natasha. [He's not a hugger, but his body language is a little more open at a familiar face.] It's been a while.

[Less wild than she once was, but not so far from those days that she doesn't still think of him fondly. Maybe on the few nights they've spent together fondly, in general.

She doesn't go for a hug, but when it seems like she's welcome, she insinuates herself next to him at the bar.]

It has. Guess I was running in difference circles there for a while there.

[He raises an eyebrow, inquisitive and teasing at the same time.]

You could say I got bored. Or you could say I just got lucky. [You could say a lot of things, and most of them wouldn't be true, but both of those were close enough. She'd been restless, and in town, and she'd been invited.]

Guess I wondered if these parties are the same as I remembered.
