[its not like there's "my power could literally ruin the world" anonymous, but whatever parts of the universe decided to push them together, he's grateful for. in truth, it probably had something to do with the avengers once they got through dealing with whatever nonsense of the week they were up to, and finally remembered they had teenage-like people to take care of and try and help along. but no one had mentioned to either of them how it all went on behind the scenes, just, one day. bam.

it's good, though, really good, actually. as much as he loved teddy (which was more than any person could imagine), teddy wasn't exactly a lot of help in these matters. added to that that their biggest fight was whether or not billy's powers had made up teddy....
