"Oh, that? It happens. But unless I at least have to break out a good dramatic monologue, I doubt they turn out to be all that memorable." As opposed to Eames right here, who's always proven to be just that. Very, very worth memorising.
"You want to teach me?" There's more than just an edge of amusement there, the unteachable fox from the stories with the loose morals, but he somehow still manages to look and sound sincere as he catches Eames' eyes with his own, looking ever so trusting and eager. "Please do. I so love to learn."
Eames tilts his head in thought, thumb gliding over Reynard's lower lip as if in consideration of what a good mouth it is to kiss. Of other, more useful things those lips could be doing than talking circles as if to chase away the silence.
"First lesson, then," Eames licks his lips and bows his head, leaning close enough to kiss but he doesn't dare let it happen, his fingers curl in toward his palm and he traces his knuckle in a caress over Reynard's cheek. Gaze and touch so affectionate, it'd be easy to see it as genuine.
But then he withdraws, stepping back to rejoin the party with a grin.

"It takes more than words, kleiner fuchs."
