[Arthur goes to his bathroom first, grabbing a facecloth to give himself a preliminary once-over before he puts on clean clothes. Once he's freshened up a bit he finds some underwear and follows Eames out to the kitchen to see what he's up to.]

[He's not up to anything fancy. Bacon and eggs because it's quick and he's hungry for a hot breakfast. He hums while that's all sizzling away, sipping some coffee and whatnot.]

[He glances over his shoulder when Arthur comes in and smiles in greeting.]

You want toast?

Toast would be great.

[He wanders over to glance at what Eames is doing and hums in approval before he goes to sit down, holding up his phone to look through some emails.]

[Well in the toaster goes some bread and Eames turns to lean against the counter while he waits for everything to cook satisfactorily.]

[His emails turn out to be boring, so he puts his phone down and sighs, turning to look at Eames and appreciate the view for a second. It takes him a moment but he realizes there's a very important thing missing from this picture.]

Coffee. We need coffee.

[So he gets up to make that happen.]

[Come on Arthur what do you take him for.]

[He puts his hand on Eames' chest and looks at him like Eames has just saved him from certain despair.]

[Eames laughs softly, incredibly charmed by that.]

I think I've been around you enough mornings to know what you need by now.

[He asks this as he searches out a mug that he can fill, totally nonchalant.]

Sounds like a pretty good way to start the day to me.

Oh, it is. Sounds like you've got me all figured out.

Well, as far as morning afters go.

[He gets a mug of his own to fill, nonchalant and casual as he does.]

I don't usually have so many with the same person. Not for a while now anyway.

[He sounds only vaguely interested, but Arthur's worrying about what to make of that. He always thought Eames had at least a few regulars among the figurative revolving door of sexual partners he's aware of.]

I guess practice makes perfect.

[Does that even apply to this situation? Leave him alone to drink his coffee, dammit.]

[Eames makes a soft noise to the affirmative over a sip of coffee. He sleeps with a lot of people, it's true, but most of them settle into actual relationships sooner or later. Or move. Or already have their own relationships. It's not something Eames has any particular feelings about, it is what it is.]

[He does however raise an eyebrow at that comment, raising an eyebrow at Arthur as he repeats it back with a mix of amusement and confusion.]

'Practice makes perfect'?

You know, you get into a routine with someone, you get used to certain things...

[He waves Eames off.]

I haven't had enough coffee yet.

[He laughs.]

No, I get it.

Not making any sense before the second cup is part of my routine.

I guess I need more practice.

[They're just gonna have to sleep together a bunch more times oh no]

[Have a long suffering look from Arthur, but really he's here for Eames getting more practice. He likes the sex and having breakfast made for him, especially when it's made by a very attractive and mostly naked man.]

[Well Eames is pretty pleased with himself, enjoying his joke and turning to look at the pan. He nudges the bacon a little to get a look at it and decides it is done, congratulations everybody.]

Pass me a couple of plates.

[Arthur gets back up and gets a couple plates out of the cupboard, setting them down next to Eames on the counter and then wandering off to find utensils as well. After that he returns to his one true love, which is coffee.]

[Eames puts the food out on the plates and grabs the toast while he's at it, bringing them both to the table (his mug of coffee floats alongside him because magic is awesome) and sets them down. Sitting down to tuck in with a noise that's almost a moan but it's not nobody read into that he's just really hungry.]

[Arthur makes a similar sound, though tamer.]

This is really good.

It's just bacon and eggs.

[Not that it isn't great, but he didn't do anything special.]

I usually have cereal or I grab something while I'm out.
