He's awful about it, to a degree that's just as much genuine flirting as it is seeing where Arthur's limits are, sticking pretty close to him until the cab arrives and sitting next to him to kiss his neck and rest his hand far too high on Arthur's thigh to be innocent until he's stopped.]
