[Cayde glances at the screens, a fair guess what she's up to, but it's not like Cayde can judge. The only difference between them is Ana actually has records to look at beyond scattered journals and flashes of old, buried memories.]

[Plus: He doesn't actually care. Not like it makes her any worse at what she does. She's one of the best, actually. Not as good as Cayde, obviously, but who is?]

Wanna head out to the moon? [He leans toward her, dropping his voice with a conspiratorial glint in his optics.] I hear there's a cache of Golden Age tech just waiting for a couple of gunslingers to, ah. Rescue it from a bunch of Fallen bandits.

( there are few things in this vast galaxy that perks ana up faster than the sound of golden age tech and the possibility of being able to get her hands on it. after all, golden age tech possibly means clovis bray and clovis bray means home.

You had me at head out to the moon but you know that I can't say no to Golden Age tech. ( with a flick of her wrist, the screens vanish and leave them in the low light of the hanger. ) Besides I've been itching to get out of this place and away from another shift on the wall. When can we leave?

[Cayde backs up a step, as if he's literally going to turn and go up to the hangar right this second, and tilts his head with a broad gesture.]

I mean, we wanna get out there before any other Guardians get their grubby mitts on it, right?

You mean before a Warlock locks it up in one of their secret labs or a Titan headbutts it past Neptune?

( do the warlocks have secret labs? probably. ) We can take my ship, it's faster.
