It's more than worth it, but part of him as been aching for those hands on him, so it's almost reluctant when he takes one of Eames' wrists and cuffs it with practiced ease. [Eames makes a small noise of complaint when Arthur stops kissing him and he turns his head in an attempt to chase his lips for some more of that, but Arthur's moving down his neck and it does feel really good. He sighs and exhales a slow breath and shifts a little under Arthur, mostly in some attempt to be patient.]

[Arthur hears his complaint and shifts so he can press his knee up between Eames' legs, giving him something to rock against if he needs it for the time being.
