[This is one of those moments in life where knowing something isn't the same as being at all prepared to face it. Eames has known all about the types of people Arthur works with for some time now; killers with an incredible strength and hunger just below the surface-- some much older than Arthur and stronger for it.]

[He doesn't know if that was the case this time, or what even caused the fight, but he knows that Arthur's in a bad dtate and getting hom home was a struggle. He eventually manages to get Arthur to the bed, laying him down as if he really knows what to do here.]

[Eames lets out a contented sigh and lifts his (clean) hand to comb through Arthur's hair.]

Mm.

[Arthur's still catching his breath but he cranes his neck for a few brief kisses anyway.]

You're so hot, I don't know how you do it.

Well sex generally brings my temperature up a bit.

[Fine Arthur will laugh at that but only because he's just had an excellent orgasm.]

[Anyway here are some more kisses while Arthur doesn't bother to pull out.]

[It's a good thing Eames is gross and likes it then. He grins and hums lightly, and also brings his other hand round to grab Arthur's ass because it's a great butt good job.]

[Arthur hums happily in return, wriggling his hips a little bit. He hasn't gone soft just yet and he's still a bit sensitive, but that just makes it more fun.]

[Wow okay. Eames' breath hitches at that, though the noise that follows isn't exactly negative. The noise after that however, is a bit of a grumble against Arthur's lips, even as he keeps kissing him.]

[Arthur laughs softly again, and then finally pulls out, pulling away from the kiss so he can deal with the condom situation. Then he lays back down on Eames, but a little lower so he can lay his head down on Eames' chest. It's such a good chest.]

[Eames shifts his hips to get a little more comfortable once Arthur's pulled out, and he sighs softly when Arthur settles on his chest, bringing his hand back to comb through Arthur's hair again.]

Mmm, you're so good.

[Arthur puts his hand on Eames' chest, rubbing his thumb back and forth affectionately.]

You're better.

Obviously.

[It's really not even a question, and he's grinning as he looks up at the ceiling.]

You are stiff competition though.

[Arthur smiles to himself, his eyes falling shut.]

I just like hearing you make all that noise.

If you think that's good, you should hear me when I cut myself shaving.

[He makes an amused sound.]

Let's not move for a long time.

I can't say I have any objections to staying in bed with a handsome man.

[A moment of silence, and then:]

[Eames doesn't reply, though he grins and Arthur can no doubt hear the slight flutter of his heartbeat. He sighs instead, raising his knee a little to nudge Arthur's side.]

[Arthur may or may not be already falling asleep here, settling in for a nice nap. Eames is a good pillow in any case.]

[Ugh but he just woke up!!!]

[Eames just sighs and puts his arms around Arthur because apparently this is his life for the next couple of hours.]

[Ah but who wouldn't want a handsome vampire sleeping on them. Arthur only sleeps for about an hour anyway, and when he wakes up he feels refreshed, still having all that energy from Eames' blood in his system.]

[That doesn't mean he leaps out of bed or anything but he does sigh happily and nuzzles in to Eames' chest a little more.]

[Eames hums softly and combs some hair back on Arthur's head, curling a lock of it around a finger idly with a little sigh.]

[Arthur lifts his head sleepily to grin at him, looking like he'd come kiss him if the rest of his body weren't comfy as hell already.]

You're too good to me.

[falsify]

Yeah.

[He says it with a small laugh in his voice, busying his hands with Arthur's hair and trailing his fingers up his shoulders and such.]

[Arthur smiles because he loves it when Eames is affectionate with him. It's so comforting]
