[Maxxie doesn't let up, raising his eyebrows at Terry eventually.]

How long do I have to do this?

This is forever, Max.

[notahobby]

[Maxxie's brow furrows and he makes a distressed noise but he doesn't stop smiling.]

[traumatizing]

[Terry laughs again and squeezes Maxxie's cheek.]

Okay, okay. Stop. It's freaking me out.

[Maxxie lets out a sigh of relief and relaxes his face, leaning forward and bumping his forehead against Terry's shoulder affectionately.]

[traumatizing]

[Terry combs his fingers through Maxxie's hair, letting out a sigh and just allowing himself to enjoy the moment.]

[Only a moment though.]

I mean it though.

[He turns his head to nose at Maxxie's hair too.]

I wanna do that forever. Make you happy.

[Maxxie smiles wryly again, leaning gently into Terry's nuzzling.]

Aw, you're making me blush babe.

Good. [and a kiss!] That's part of the plan too.

[Maxxie hums happily and gives Terry another squeeze.]

Food should be here soon.

[traumatizing]

[He makes a pitiful noise in complaint.]

I don't wanna get up.

Well you refuse to get me clothes so it has to be you.

[traumatizing]

Just borrow some of mine.

[He says as if Maxxie's thighs could get in those jeans.]

Ter, no offense but I don't think I'd fit into even your baggiest sweatpants.

[traumatizing]

[Ugh.] Fine, fine.

[He sits up and looks around the room to try and spot something that looks clean.]

I'll be back with food and clothes.

[notahobby]

Alright.

[He smiles softly and says one more thing as he watches Terry go just because he wants to.]

Love you.

[traumatizing]

[In the end, he just throws on some jeans and shoes, it's not like there's anyone he has to be fully decent for, and leans over to kiss Maxxie real quick before he goes.]

Love you too.

[And he grabs a bag to fill up on his way out.]

[Maxxie decides he's just gonna lounge on the couch until further notice, just laying there and thinking about how happy he is to be back with Terry and all the things he wants to do with him now that he's back and once he has the clothes and rest to leave the house. It occurs to him that even before it was rare that he'd think about their future together much farther than a week in advance, given all the fucked up shit they regularly went through, and it feels so good now to just think about how they can go to the beach whenever they want and they can find somewhere to live that isn't this godforsaken tower and they can just go out to bars hopefully without too many paparazzi getting on their cases.]

[It feels really, really amazing.]

[Terry comes back after 20 minutes or so with a bag full of clothes and underwear and even Maxxie's old phone because he's a helper. He also put on one of Maxxie's cardigans which looks ludicrous on him for several reasons. Probably the pastel colours and the fact that it's much too big are top of the list, but he lowkey thinks it'd work if he styled for it.]

[In his other hand is a bag full of food, which he puts on the coffee table in front of Maxxie.]

Okay, time for you to get decent.

[He plops the bag down next to Maxxie on the couch and then wanders to the kitchen to get cutlery and plates]

[Maxxie immediately starts rummaging around for something to put on, standing up and just getting dressed right there in the living room. It's just a basic t-shirt and jeans, though he notices they don't fit quite the same.]

Guess I've been skipping the gym a bit.

[He pulls at the waist of his jeans, looking down at the significant gap it creates. He's been skipping plenty of meals too, which probably has more to do with this than his slightly smaller glutes, though he doesn't share that information with Terry.]

[traumatizing]

[Terry comes back with a couple of plates and cutlery and beers; he doesn't notice any real difference, but he does raise an eyebrow at the gap in Maxxie's jeans.]

Maybe you could've fit in my sweatpants after all.

Mm, have to try it later.

[He throws himself down on the couch and waits for Terry to join him so he can cuddle up.]

[traumatizing]

[Terry puts the stuff down and sits with Maxxie, immediately cuddling up despite having no food yet.]

[Maxxie kisses Terry's face and then reaches for his plate and the food, immediately serving out fairly generous portions for himself and then offering them up to Terry one by one, grabbing his cutlery and drink before he leans back and starts to eat, only just now realizing how hungry he is.]

[traumatizing]

[Terry hums and curls himself up to tuck against Maxxie with his food, having a similar discovery once he starts to eat. Luckily he's so fucking skinny anyway that the lost weight doesn't really show anyway.]

[But anyway he's too busy putting food in his mouth to talk.]

[Maxxie smiles and keeps eating, totally content to eat in silence as long as he's all tangled up with Terry the way he is now. It's a little while before he bothers to speak again.]

Would it still be bad if we went out to eat some time? Y'know, with the paparazzi and all that?
