[Maxxie tilts his head to give him room, rubbing Terry's lower back soothingly.]

[Terry hums and keeps kissing up Maxxie's neck and along his jaw.]

[Maxxie smiles and runs his palms a little farther down Terry's back, pressing just his fingertips under Terry's waistband.]

[Terry grins and lifts a hand to put on Maxxie's chest while he sucks a mark on his neck while he's here.]

[Maxxie gasps softly and presses his hand further under Terry's waistband so he can press his fingers into Terry's ass.]

[Maxxie remembers this so fondly. [Terry is still for a moment, but when he lifts his head to look at Maxxie with his brows furrowed in confusion. That definitely felt like it was going somewhere, and it's not that Terry objects to ending the trip a little early, he's just never known Maxxie to do that.]

[That's probably a weird thing to ask right now isn't it.]

[Terry's a little reluctant to get off Maxxie, but he does. Standing up and offering Maxxie a hand.]

[He takes Terry's hand and gets up, holding onto it as he starts towards Terry's room. He knows he's always needed this more than Terry, and maybe now more than ever, but his emotions have always manifested at least in part as physical needs. He feels like he needs this before their reunion is really complete.]

[He gives Maxxie's hand a squeeze as they walk to his room, lifting it to his face to kiss Maxxie's knuckles before making the executive decision to take his pants off before he climbs on the bed. [Terry does decide to be glad he's never grown much body hair though. He's not maintained like he usually is, but nothing's so thick he feels embarrassed either.]

[Maxxie doesn't particularly mind or care how well maintained Terry is in that department. He's kept up his own rituals if only to keep himself sane but all he sees in Terry is someone he loves and needs to be close to.
